That's me! Indeed this blog is meant to be a forum for my thoughts on food, and not just cooking and dining. Ideally, this blog will serve as a platform to discuss food culture, history, community, production, distribution, trends and much much more.

I will be based out of San Diego, so many of my reviews will focus on local fare. However, this blog will chronicle food experiences encountered on my travels as well.

I encourage comments and discussions...even links to new ideas. The point of this blog is to acknowledge the depth and scope of one of the central elements to the human experience, food.
